About these Swan chairs: These Swan chairs are used and newly upholstered with black aniline leather and fitted with new foam. The chairs have a firm shell and no defects. The frame has been polished and refurbished, but has some age-related wear. The Swans are original and manufactured and stamped by Fritz Hansen. The upholstery has been done with the original method of hand sewing. About aniline leather: Aniline leather is one of the best grades of leather that has been dyed and softened. The leather appears matte and without surface protection, which means that the leather can appear raw and can appear with stretch marks etc. from the animal.
