Magnificent and ultra rare Art Deco Modernist partners desk. Design by Hendrik Wouda for H. Pander & Zonen Den Haag. Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Solid oak base with original patinated brass knobs on the four doors. Four original solid oak shelves. The writing section is re-upholstered with mustard yellow faux leather. The four original locks and two original keys are in good working order. Marked with original manufacturers metal tags and brand mark This wonderful Art Deco Modernist by Hendrik Wouda for H. Pander & Zonen is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
