Framed wallpaper mural modeled by Iksel on original from Costermans Garden, an East India Company wallpaper painted in China circa 1800. Jade background with pink flowers and green leaves. Reproduced with permission by Costermans, the famous antique dealers of Brussels, who have it inserted in their splendid 18th century boiseries. The wallpaper has a suite of identical trees of life, ornamented with large scale birds and remarkably Western-looking foliage. Image is a digital print.
