French walnut bedside table with one drawer from the end of the 19th century. This French ‘table de chevet’ features a rectangular top surrounded by a three-quarter wooden gallery, set above a drawer, all open with brass handles. The sides are simply adorned with raised panels that stand out against a recessed background. A beautifully scalloped apron connects the four legs of the cabriolet with each other. with their graceful silhouette and beautiful patina, these circa 1890 French side tables will work wonderfully as a nightstand.
