Anglo Asian Washstand Swing Mirror Back. Late 19th Century freestanding washstand consructed from Asian elm & rosewood, with pierced foliate carving, the raised back with an oval framed mirror on turned supports with turned finials above a three quarter balustrade gallery with finials, the lower part with a rectangular top and a brass bowl inset, the frieze with a central panel flanked by a pair of drawers, on turned legs joined by a trellis pattern undertier. Dimensions: 89cm x 48cm deep x 76cm high, 164cm high to the top of the mirror Condition: Some general age and fading, little dings and dents to the bowl, small chip to the edge of the mirror – please refer to the photos.
