This Aldo Londi for Bitossi Brutalist ceramic table lamp features the classical rough surface – a Bitossi house signature during the Mid Century period – and the very rare ¨Quadrifoglio¨ decor glazing (four leave clover) in coral and light brown colors.
The Quadrifoglio decor is very scarcely found as the production was so limited, making this piece very rare and unique. The lamp organicist shape and the classical rough surface give this item, as much of the Aldo Londi production of the Mid Century period, a Brutalist Primitivist feel.
This stunning unique ceramic table lamp was carefully hand-produced in Flavia Montelupo, Italy, circa the 1960s.
